Simply provide your completed, print-ready artwork in accordance with our required dimensions and file specifications. We don't alter, redesign or work collaboratively on supplied artwork, what you provide is what we print.
From there, we take care of everything that makes it Forever Art.
Your design is produced using the same premium textured vinyl, vintage leather border and handcrafted pine frame as every poster in our Wedding Collection. The result is more than a reproduction of your wedding artwork. It's a finished piece of art, made to become part of your home and preserve another piece of the day you created.

Mounting & Display
Every Forever Art poster arrives fully assembled and ready to display. For display in your home, we include 3M picture hanging strips with full mounting instructions for quick, easy, damage-free installation.
Wedding Collection
Every Wedding Collection poster also includes a built-in hanging hook, allowing it to be securely attached to an easel on your wedding day.
Wedding & Music Collections
If you're displaying your poster on a porous surface, such as brick, a picture hanging wire is also included.
Looking After Your Artwork
Forever Art posters are designed for indoor display and should be kept out of direct sunlight to help preserve their appearance over time.
To clean your poster, simply wipe it with a soft white damp cloth. Avoid coloured cloths, as they may transfer colour to the textured vinyl surface.
Do not use chemicals, abrasive cleaners or abrasive materials on any part of your artwork.

What Happens Next
Every Wedding Collection poster includes a complimentary digital proof before production begins.
We recommend ordering at least 4–5 weeks before your wedding to allow plenty of time for proofing, production and delivery.
Once your order is placed, we'll begin designing your personalised artwork. Within 2–5 business days, you'll receive:
- Your personalised digital proof.
- A realistic mock-up displayed on an easel, so you can see exactly how it will look on your wedding day.
- A second mock-up displayed in a home setting, helping you visualise your artwork as the keepsake it will become after your wedding.
If you'd like any changes, we'll prepare a revised proof within 2–5 business days of receiving your feedback.
Once you've approved your proof, we'll begin printing and handcrafting your artwork.
Orders are typically dispatched within 4–6 business days, excluding public holidays and periods of high order volume.
Your Digital Proof
Every Wedding Collection poster includes two rounds of proofing.
Your first proof is created using the information submitted with your order. If you'd like to make any minor changes, one additional proof round is included.
Printing does not begin until we've received your written proof approval.
Additional proof rounds are available for $60 each.
Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
Standard shipping Australia-wide is included with every order and typically takes 2–7 business days once collected by Australia Post. If you need your order sooner, Express Post is available during checkout.
Returns
As every Forever Art poster is individually handmade to order, returns, exchanges and cancellations cannot be accepted after production has commenced.

Why include your wedding party names on your wedding poster?
It’s not common—so that’s your first reason (it’s different!). But more than that, these are the people you chose to stand by your side. They’ve helped plan, kept your secrets, fixed problems, and some will even co-sign your marriage certificate. Including their names is a thoughtful way to honour them on your forever keepsake.
Use first names, or nicknames if that’s what everyone knows them by, to keep it personal. You can include your bridal party, MC, flower girl, page boy, celebrant, DJ…and of course, your fur baby!
